Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize Strong Spas' presence on major online marketplaces such as Wayfair, Sam's Club, Costco, and others as needed.
  • Lead and manage the E-Commerce team, providing clear direction and support.
  • Ensure product listings are aligned with market trends and customer demands.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on marketplace performance and KPIs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into new territories and retail accounts.
  • Drive improvements in online sales, ROI, product ratings, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to marketplace alerts and proactively optimize SKU performance.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Execute effective SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and A/B testing to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Maintain brand registry and ensure compliance across all online channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in online retail and e-commerce management.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing online marketplaces (e.g., Wayfair, Amazon, Costco, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with 3rd-party e-commerce tools and platforms.
  • Skilled in analyzing large datasets using Excel or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, dropshipping, and fulfillment strategies.
