Job Description

Responsibilities

work in conjunction with our advertising and buying teams using our furniture specific web provider to highlight and enhance our product online.
Organize categories logically (living room, bedroom, etc.)
Knows how to write or optimize product descriptions
General understanding of how retail-centric websites function- platforms such as Shopify or Magent are good stepping stones
Understands basic backend website workflows (product imports, pricing rules, tagging)
Takes ownership of “site accuracy”
Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce innovations, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience managing large datasets
Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite is important
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (nothing extensive required)
Experience with image handling (resizing, naming, optimizing)
Understanding how and why integrations and tools connect to websites
Comfort with basic software systems and internet tools

Preferred

Any experience with CSV/product feed management, vendor integrations, and APIs is a plus
Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce innovations, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic improvements
Prone to being a proactive problem solver
