Job Summary

Own the on site merchandising and user experience for category pages, tying together banners, CMS content, and cross functional campaigns to lift mobile friendly shopping and search accuracy.

  • Site Merchandising & UX: Maintain category pages, banners, seasonal content, and faceted browse/search experiences aligned to campaigns and launches.
  • Content & CMS Ownership: Manage on site assets in the CMS to stay brand-aligned and current with product drops and promotions.
  • Cross Functional Delivery: Collaborate with buying, creative, and IT to execute campaigns, QA assets, and iterate on site improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help Manage Site Merchandising for given categories by upkeeping category landing pages, promotional banners, and seasonal content to reflect marketing priorities, product launches, and key campaigns.
  • Optimize pages that are not showing the most searched products by tuning those items, brands, and items to the top of the page.
  • Assist in tuning links for daily marketing emails.
  • Conduct regular Site QA for issues with links, imagery & event timing.
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ websites and ecommerce choices.
  • Suggest new functionality to problem-solving issues that our customers may be having.
  • Optimize site experience regarding attribute facets on browse & search pages within given category responsibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration by partnering with the buying group, creative team and IT teams to execute campaigns.
  • Ensure mobile-first optimization across all site touchpoints, enhancing usability for the growing mobile customer base.
  • Leverage CMS tools to manage on-site assets, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

  • Goal oriented individual with proven experience of strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer literate with a strong knowledge of the e-commerce platform
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple projects in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to set high expectations, and coach people to be able to meet them.
  • Prior experience in an online/retail environment required
