Job Description

Responsibilities

Supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations and fulfillment workflows
Managing product listings, updates, and merchandising in Shopify
Helping execute marketing campaigns (email, launches, promotions)
Influencer and channel partner outreach
Customer communication and support
Identifying inefficiencies and helping improve workflows
Experimenting with new tools, automations, and AI workflows when possible

Requirements

Curious, self-directed, and comfortable figuring things out
Able to learn new software quickly
Strong attention to detail
Interested in marketing, e-commerce, and digital tools
Willing to jump in and help wherever needed

Preferred

You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
You’ve built a side project, automation, or small online experiment
You enjoy learning new tools and systems
You tend to solve problems before being asked
