Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize *eBay promotions, markdown sales, coupons, and promotional campaigns*
• Create and manage *Amazon promotions, coupons, deals, and advertising/marketing campaigns*
• Review sales performance and identify products/listings that would benefit from promotions
• Develop promotional strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and sales
• Assist with *eBay and Amazon cases, disputes, returns, refunds, and customer issues*
• Understand and follow marketplace seller policies and return procedures
• Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements
• Assist with product listing optimization, pricing, and general marketplace management
• Work with our existing team to identify slow-moving products and develop strategies to improve sales

Requirements

• Familiarity with eBay/Amazon returns, cases, disputes, and seller procedures
• Understanding of e-commerce sales metrics and listing performance
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Preferred

• eBay Seller Hub promotional tools
• Amazon Seller Central promotional tools
• Marketplace advertising or sponsored campaigns
• Analyzing sales data and deciding what products to promote, when to promote them, and what type of promotion to use
• Improving underperforming listings and increasing marketplace sales
• Automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required. Marketplace experience and the ability to create effective promotions and campaigns are more important.
• eBay/Amazon Marketplace: 1+ year preferred
• E-commerce Promotions/Campaign Management: 1+ year preferred
