Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze industry trends in e-commerce growth for similar product categories
  • Explore E-Commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCart, TikTok Shop, Thrive Market) to identify best practices
  • Research emerging platforms, tools, features, and tactics that drive online sales
  • Evaluate our current E-Commerce presence for our pet and human food divisions
  • Recommend workflow improvements for product updates, imagery, and content management
  • Assess opportunities for automation or third‑party tools
  • Review available analytics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Model potential revenue impact of recommended improvements
  • Research cost considerations for scaling e‑commerce operations
  • Create a step-by-step plan outlining how the company could grow its e‑commerce channels
