Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Shopify and online-store experience while driving content-led marketing across social, email, and site, with a bias toward conversion, retention, and brand growth.

Shopify & Growth Ops: manage the store, orders, fulfillment, and performance analytics to optimize revenue.
Content & Social: produce social, email, and website content and oversee engagement on IG, FB, and TikTok.
Campaigns & Retention: execute campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives to grow customers and repeat purchases.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize our Shopify store
Create content for social media, email marketing, and the website
Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and community engagement
Execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions
Process online orders and oversee fulfillment
Provide exceptional customer service
Monitor website performance, sales, and marketing analytics
Support brand growth and customer retention initiatives

Requirements

Experience with Shopify and e-commerce management
Strong social media and content creation skills
Knowledge of email marketing (Klaviyo preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience with lifestyle, fashion, wellness, or retail brands is a plus
