Job Summary

Own payer-market access marketing across US for assigned products by shaping value narratives, driving omni-channel campaigns, and coordinating cross-functional inputs to optimize payer engagement and market access outcomes.

  • Payer Marketing Strategy: Lead development and management of the US managed care marketing plan in collaboration with access strategy leads.
  • Campaign & Materials: Develop marketing programs, tools, and resources with regulatory review and rollout to customer-facing teams.
  • Payer Value Narrative: Lead development and management of the payer value narrative and related materials in a competitive market.
  • Omni-Channel Campaigns: Create marketing campaigns using omni-channel channels to engage customers and supplement traditional marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Franchise Alignment: Ensure messaging aligns with other product franchises for consistent payer-facing communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Access Strategy, HEOR, brand, clinical, and account teams to shape value messages and PIE materials.
  • Budget & Vendors: Manage payer marketing budget and oversee agencies and external vendors as needed.
  • Market Research & Testing: Conduct market research and message testing to validate materials.
  • Field Feedback & Alignment: Lead field input sessions to incorporate feedback from account and reimbursement teams into materials and strategy.
  • Channel Materials: Design targeted marketing materials for channel accounts addressing specific payer concerns to optimize access and GTN.
