Own the strategic execution of multinational pharma communications, translating complex science into clear narratives, while co-managing a global media and internal-communications engine and shaping executive visibility.

Job Description

Co-lead integrated communications strategies across portfolio brands, late-stage assets, and launches aligned with business priorities and audience data
Act as the central point of accountability for asset-level communications across media, digital, internal, and stakeholder channels
Translate complex scientific and business narratives into compelling storytelling for senior leaders
Drive end-to-end execution of communications plans with budget management and measurable impact
Lead development of high-quality multi-channel content (earned media, social, executive platforms, internal comms) with digital-first and AI-enabled approaches
Use data, social listening, and AI-driven insights to refine messaging and anticipate risks in real time
Generate sustained visibility across traditional and digital media around product milestones and disease awareness
Build and strengthen external voice by developing spokespeople and enhancing executive visibility across platforms
Partner with advocacy groups, media, and external stakeholders for disease education and unbranded engagement
Develop internal communications strategies that engage employees and support change management
