Job Summary

  • Drive the operational rhythm for the Marketing and Corporate Communications Leadership Staff, including leadership syncs, reviews, and decision forums.
  • Represent the CMO in high-level cross-functional meetings, synthesizing complex discussions into actionable briefs and driving follow-through.
  • Propose and align process improvements that accelerate the mission.

Job Description

Governance and AI-enabled operations fused with executive-facing scope

  • Drive the operational rhythm for the Marketing and Corporate Communications Leadership Staff, including leadership syncs, reviews, and decision forums.
  • Represent the CMO in high-level cross-functional meetings, synthesizing complex discussions into actionable briefs and driving follow-through.
  • Propose and align process improvements that accelerate the mission.
  • Ensure tight operational alignment between Marketing and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Research, Product, Go-to-Market, Finance, and HR teams.
  • Spearhead ambiguous, high-priority, or sensitive initiatives that fall between traditional team boundaries, incubating them until they can be handed off to a permanent owner.
  • Improve organizational alignment by removing inter-team roadblocks, process bottlenecks, and strategic disconnects.
  • Facilitate executive participation, speaking opportunities, and executive thought leadership/social media at external forums to amplify NVIDIA's vision and market presence.
  • Advocate for the internal embrace of generative AI tools and automated workflows within the marketing organization to consistently increase output and efficiency.
