Responsibilities - Develop and execute the regional and market sector marketing strategy aligning with overall company brand and business objectives. - Partner with regional and corporate leadership to identify market trends, client priorities, and competitive positioning opportunities. - Drive strategic pursuits—collaborating on capture plans, client outreach, and positioning for major projects. - Serve as a thought partner to the Regional Directors and Business Development team, ensuring marketing supports business growth goals. - Manage regional storytelling, case studies, and thought leadership content highlighting people, projects, and community impact. - Support media relations and award submissions in partnership with corporate communications. - Oversee regional event participation, sponsorship strategy, and community engagement efforts. - Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels. - Support the Pursuits Marketing Director in oversight when needed in the region specific development of proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and related pursuit materials. - Ensure consistent quality, brand standards, and storytelling across all deliverables. Requirements - Relationship-driven with a strong understanding of client needs and regional market dynamics. - Creative storyteller who can translate technical information into compelling messages. - Collaborative leader and mentor with excellent organizational skills. - Results-oriented, with a balance of strategic and hands-on execution capabilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred. - 10–12+ years of marketing or business development experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry. - Proven success leading marketing teams and managing complex pursuits. - Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required), Microsoft Office, and CRM systems - Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have - Master’s degree preferred.
