The Director will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and consulting projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, negotiating contracts, leading and coordinating teams, overseeing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires proactive collaboration with stakeholders and a commitment to achieving project goals and measurable results. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and ensuring timely delivery Strong skills in Contract Negotiation to establish and manage agreements effectively Proven experience in Team Leadership and Team Management to guide, motivate, and coordinate diverse teams Expertise in Budgeting with the ability to manage and allocate resources efficiently Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field Experience in the digital marketing or consulting industry is highly advantageous
