Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Increase customer activation and engagement through more targeted lifecycle programs
  • Enable data-driven lifecycle orchestration across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Improve customer relevance through advanced segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalized messaging
  • Establish scalable lifecycle frameworks that support cross-product adoption across experiences
  • The role helps enable client’s ecosystem growth strategy by designing lifecycle engagement capabilities that increase cross-product adoption
  • Co-own the end‑to‑end product strategy for marketing lifecycle engagement ecosystem development with client partners
  • Maintain a roadmap aligned to business priorities, transformation milestones, and adoption goals.
  • Define lifecycle engagement frameworks across key stages (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, win-back).
  • Shape the lifecycle orchestration strategy across CRM channels including email, in-product messaging, and notifications.
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing teams to define segmentation strategies and behavioral triggers that drive customer growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading product strategy, digital product development, or digital transformation initiatives within an agency, consultancy, or enterprise product organization.
  • Experience working across both B2B and B2C environments, with strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, offer and promotion management, customer lifecycle management, and digital content delivery platforms (e.g., email and landing page content management systems) used to support personalized customer engagement and growth strategies.
  • Deep experience designing and operationalizing CRM lifecycle programs across multiple engagement channels (email, in-product messaging, push, notifications).
  • Experience defining customer segmentation frameworks and behavioral triggers that support lifecycle growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and marketing automation platforms used to power lifecycle engagement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing product strategists and cross-disciplinary teams across product, design, technology, and data.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex product strategies, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex business, technology, and customer insights into clear product strategies, and effectively communicate those strategies to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution, with a bias toward action and a willingness to engage deeply in discovery, product definition, and delivery planning.
  • Experience advising executive stakeholders (VP to C-suite) on product strategy, digital platform development, and operating model transformation, including product roadmaps, platform ecosystems, and customer experience innovation.
