Job Summary

Anchor the DSP commerce narrative with customer insight, turning buying motivations and budget flows into ICPs, use case priorities, and a differentiated market position that customers actually buy.

  • Own the Commerce narrative: ICPs, use cases, and measurable outcomes tied to conversion and LTV.
  • Own app growth GTM: user acquisition, re-engagement, retargeting, and lifecycle across DSP ecosystems and measurement partners.
  • Ensure messaging mirrors how buyers talk and decide, not internal product architecture.

Job Description

  • Act as the voice of the customer for DSP-led commerce and app growth products.
  • Build ICPs and buying personas from buyer motivations, constraints, and decision criteria.

  • Use insights to prioritize the highest-impact use cases for DSP-native commerce.
  • Pressure-test internal assumptions and arbitrate market reality when perspectives diverge.
  • Define Commerce in the DSP with outcomes, ICPs, use cases, and clear differentiation.
  • Build and own the end-to-end commerce narrative with a problem-centric framing and measurable business outcomes.
  • Own the product marketing strategy for app user acquisition, re-engagement, retargeting, and lifecycle.
  • Position capabilities as inputs into commerce and lifecycle outcomes, not isolated tactics, and ensure consistent full-funnel storytelling.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives for third-party DSP integrations and partnerships, plus engagement with measurement/attribution partners.
  • Own the broader ecosystem product marketing strategy and alignment with performance insights and customer value.
  • Proven experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy within Adtech, Martech, or retail media.
  • Ability to translate complex capabilities into clear market positioning that drives adoption and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of commerce, performance marketing, and how budgets are allocated and buying decisions are made.
  • Experience defining category narratives, value propositions, and product positioning in competitive markets.
  • Customer-first mindset and outside-in thinking to shape product and GTM strategy.
  • Track record of partnering with Product teams to influence roadmaps and launches.
  • Experience executing PLG and SLG go-to-market motions in high-growth tech.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and executives.

  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience leading product marketing for DSP commerce and app growth (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership and mentoring PMM talent (preferred).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams (preferred).
  • Competitive compensation package with RSU where applicable and strong health benefits.
