Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create a Digital Product Marketing Strategy from Scratch - Navigate ambiguity and continuous learning to build a comprehensive marketing strategy for AI products.
  • Lead branding, product consolidation, image creation, and brand asset development.
  • Design and execute impactful internal and external campaigns to promote AI solutions.
  • Drive User Adoption & Create a Culture of Pull-Adoption
  • Utilize advanced marketing and sales techniques to organically boost user adoption of digital AI products.
  • Control, track, and improve adoption metrics, holding strict accountability for adoption targets and KPIs.
  • Transform complex data into intelligent decisions that optimize operations and deliver exceptional experiences for users.
  • Lead Training, Enablement, & Content Creation
  • Develop and lead robust training and enablement frameworks across diverse teams.
  • Create compelling videos, training materials, and communication assets.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in marketing or sales career, leading the implementation of digital product.
  • Marketing degree or similar BS/BA equivalent degree.

Preferred

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Design thinking certifications.
  • Change management certifications.
  • A unique mix of experiences mirroring top-tier brand management (e.g., luxury or premium automotive brand launches) and advanced AI/CX technology sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of controlling and improving adoption metrics, holding accountability for adoption targets.
  • Deep understanding of proactivity, integration, and automation in customer experience.
  • Experience spearheading cross-functional product launches and coordinating global/regional growth initiatives.
