Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow both consumer acquisition and provider participation
Identify and launch new growth opportunities, acquisition channels, and partnerships
Analyze performance data and optimize growth initiatives using data-driven insights
Improve customer journeys, conversion funnels, onboarding experiences, and retention strategies
Work closely with sales leadership and provider partners to support marketplace expansion
Help oversee and coordinate outbound business development efforts
Improve onboarding, activation, and retention processes for participating providers
Build scalable systems and workflows to support marketplace growth
Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams
Help prioritize operational improvements and customer experience enhancements

Requirements

5+ years of experience in growth, marketplace operations, business development, startup operations, or related leadership roles
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and growth strategy
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience managing supply-demand dynamics, pricing, or inventory in a marketplace environment.
Navigating healthcare-related considerations including compliance, category sensitivity, and consumer trust.
Experience scaling across paid, owned, and partnership channels is highly valued
Healthcare, telehealth, ecommerce, marketplace, or subscription-based businesses
Performance marketing and funnel optimization
Startup or entrepreneurial environments
Experience scaling both B2B and B2C growth initiatives
Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and digital growth platforms
