Job Summary

Own the integrated communications program across multiple OPX portfolios, guiding leadership messaging and cross-functional execution to influence reputation and Growth priorities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set the integrated communications strategy for OPX, aligning priorities with our goals across Nuclear Fuel, Instrumentation & Control, Parts, and Outage & Maintenance Services.
  • Advise OPX senior leadership on messaging, executive visibility, employee engagement, reputation management and partner communications.
  • Lead a team of communications professionals, setting priorities, managing workload and strengthening execution across the portfolio.
  • Partner with business, commercial, operations, legal, government affairs, marketing and Global Communications colleagues to support growth, customer engagement and operational priorities.
  • Oversee internal communications that connect employees to business strategy, strengthen values, and support agreement across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Guide external communications, thought leadership, media opportunities, industry events and content development to strengthen OPX visibility and market positioning.
  • Maintain message consistency, brand alignment and editorial discipline across OPX communications channels while tailoring content for specific audiences and departments.
  • Establish communications goals, track results and use insights to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor9;s degree or equivalent experience. Communications, journalism, marketing, public relations degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of communications experience, including leadership roles in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, employee communications, media relations or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing communications professionals, manage performance and build a high-performing team.
  • Experience advising senior executives and business leaders, translating our priorities into clear, compelling communications strategies.
  • Work with marketing teams to build messaging and dynamic visual materials.
  • Experience supporting complex teams, technical organizations or regulated industries; nuclear, energy, manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and operational topics for internal and external audiences.
  • Experience implementing integrated communications plans that support employee engagement, reputation management, commercial priorities, customer engagement and organizational change.
  • Working knowledge of AP style, brand standards, media relations, digital communications and social media strategy.

Preferred

  • Experience developing and executing external thought leadership and media strategies
  • Experience with global/remote teams
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear communications for diverse audiences
