Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Own and evolve the company's brand identity, messaging, and visual aesthetic across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead creative direction for print collateral, digital marketing, video production, photography, social media, website content, presentations, and event materials.
  • Spearhead the company's video and social media strategy, ensuring consistent, engaging, and high-quality content across platforms.
  • Oversee content planning, creation, publishing, and performance for all social media channels.
  • Partner with leadership and sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and business development.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, trade shows, client appreciation events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with outside agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, printers, and other marketing vendors.
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, sales, recruiting, and customer-facing materials.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in brand development, content marketing, and creative direction.
  • Demonstrated success leading video, social media, digital marketing, and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Experience supporting business development and sales through strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to develop compelling brand messaging.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, and creative partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Experience within luxury residential, construction, architecture, design, technology integration, or a related industry is highly preferred.
