Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand positioning and achieve business objectives in the hospitality, corporate, and advertising sectors.
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of ten marketing professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities.
  • Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and maximizing return on investment.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage content marketing strategy to engage target audiences, enhance brand recognition, and support conversion rate optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual marketing objectives using OKR frameworks and drive continuous improvement through performance management.
  • Develop brand strategy initiatives that reinforce CyberVision Internationals market presence and value proposition.
  • Supervise marketing budget allocation and resource planning to ensure efficient use of funds while maximizing marketing outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to align marketing activities with sales, product development, and customer service functions.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of marketing vendors and agencies to enhance campaign impact and creativity.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to proactively adjust marketing strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Drive innovation in marketing technology adoption and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on marketing performance and initiatives for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing communications and practices.

Requirements
