Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns retail store performance with e-commerce growth.
  • Lead campaigns across digital, social, retail activation, email, and paid media to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across physical and digital channels.
  • Team & Uniform Business Growth
  • Partner closely with the Team Sales division to build B2B marketing programs targeting youth clubs, recreational leagues, high schools and colleges.
  • Develop campaigns that position the company as the preferred partner for team uniforms, equipment, and club relationships.
  • Regional Brand Leadership
  • Tailor marketing efforts across 6 states and multiple soccer markets, balancing regional relevance with national brand consistency.
  • Build community engagement through tournaments, local partnerships, and grassroots soccer initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • At least 5 years in a marketing leadership role within retail, sporting goods, or the sports industry.
  • Proven success leading marketing for multi-state retail operations and high-growth e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, merchandising, and creative teams.
  • Deep understanding of soccer culture and the U.S. soccer landscape.
  • Familiarity with youth clubs, leagues, team sales dynamics, and soccer retail trends.
