Responsibilities

Manage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics to optimize acquisition funnels.
Design measurement & attribution models for multi-channel campaigns.
Operationalize developer marketing programs, events, and community growth.
Work cross-functionally with product and sales to align marketing automation with product-led growth experiments.

Requirements

6+ years in marketing operations, demand-gen or growth; SaaS/tech experience preferred.
Strong experience with CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce), analytics and marketing automation.
Comfort with SQL and translating analytics into operational playbooks.
