Responsibilities

• Own marketing at FCE. Strategy, copywriting, social media, video, email, and the AI tools that make all of it move faster.
• Work directly with the owner and report to the CEO. There's no department to inherit, you're building it.
• Every campaign ties back to revenue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience with results you can prove.
• You know your field. You operate off real marketing principles and can explain why you're doing something, not just what it looks like.
• You write copy that gets people to act.
• You can plan and shoot video that sells. You don't need to be a pro behind the camera.
• You actually use AI tools every day, not just talk about them.
• Every campaign ties back to revenue.
