Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the team, aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to create marketing assets that drive ticket sales, sponsorship activations, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the planning and execution of all in-game entertainment, promotions, and theme nights to deliver an unforgettable fan experience.
  • Oversee scripting, timing, and coordination of game day elements including music, PA, video board content, mascot, and entertainment teams.
  • Partner with arena staff to ensure seamless game presentation.
  • Oversee all social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and on-brand.
  • Manage the content calendar in coordination with team departments.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize audience growth and engagement.
  • Supervise marketing and game presentation staff and interns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sports marketing or entertainment, preferably with game presentation responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, timelines and personnel in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on surpassing organization goals.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. Demonstrates an open-minded approach, with a willingness to consider diverse perspectives and adapt to new ideas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Passionate about the entertainment industry with innovative, strategic thinking.
