Job Summary

Own the full cycle of social growth and revenue branded by hands-on content, while building the foundation for an emergent marketing engine that scales faster than peers.

Growth & Reach: Drive 100K+ followers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with high quality, frequent content and community engagement.
Revenue Engines: Activate email and paid/social channels as direct revenue levers with measurable impact on website revenue and repeat purchases.
Infrastructure & Measurement: Build the marketing systems, workflows, and attribution that turn activity into decision-ready insights.

Job Description

Own and scale multi-channel marketing from content to revenue, with hands-on creation, audience growth, and data-driven optimization.

Content Engine: Build 5+ daily pieces across social channels and drive consistent, high-quality output.
Growth & Revenue: Own audience growth to 100K+ on core platforms and monetize through email, social, and paid channels.
Infrastructure & Analytics: Create marketing systems, cadences, and attribution to make decisions data-driven and measurable.
