Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the strategy that drives awareness and bookings online. This includes paid social campaigns, influencer partnerships, organic social content, and other digital channels that help Great Big Game Show reach new audiences and stay culturally relevant.
  • Develop tailored strategies to attract core customer segments including locals, tourists, corporate groups, and more, while adapting approaches to the unique needs of each market.
  • Design and execute launch plans that generate buzz, capture local attention, secure press coverage, and build momentum for new store openings.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Mentor and develop team members while helping them grow their skills and maximize their potential.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize store-level impact.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, chambers, landlords, and tourism boards to create cross-promotional opportunities that drive awareness and store visits.
  • Oversee the campaign calendar to ensure strong execution of promotions that support store performance and competitive positioning.
  • Develop strategies for window displays, signage, and other materials that encourage walk-in bookings and upsells.
  • Stay on top of industry and local trends while monitoring competitor activity to refine strategies and maintain strong market positioning.
  • KPI’s: Store launch performance; Same store sales growth; Performance in local SEO battle; Large group lead generation.
