Job Summary

Own the school-wide marketing and communications engine, unifying brand, narratives, and multi-channel execution to advance enrollment, community engagement, and institutional priorities.

  • Strategy & Brand Ownership: Develop and drive the integrated plan, maintaining voice, identity, and key stories across channels.
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Collaborate with senior leadership, Admissions, and academic leadership to align messaging, events, and internal communications with strategic goals.
  • Performance & Compliance: Measure outcomes, refine tactics with data, and ensure privacy and accessibility standards across all campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Align Marketing & Communications with institutional priorities.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive the school-wide marketing/communications plan.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent voice, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.
  • Narratives & Messaging: Shape strategic storytelling with senior leadership.
  • Events & Engagement: Contribute to advancement events and related planning.
  • Communications Operations: Manage website, digital channels, media relations, and crisis communications.
  • Enrollment Marketing: Create storytelling and collateral for admissions.
  • Internal Communications: Coordinate updates to families throughout the year and summer.
  • People & Partnerships: Manage staff, vendors, and culture.
  • Operations & Budget: Oversee budget, timelines, and priorities for high-quality deliverables.
  • Content Strategy: Lead editorial planning, photography, video, and storytelling representing the community.
  • Measurement & Insights: Analyze performance and audience data to refine marketing efforts.
  • Donor & Campaign Communications: Support Advancement initiatives and event collateral.
  • Media Relations: Serve as media contact and position the school in the educational landscape.
  • Compliance & Accessibility: Ensure privacy, accessibility, and brand standards across all communications.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate print vendors and collateral materials.
