Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the existing reporting and analytics strategy, ensuring its successful implementation across the Marketing department.
  • Drive the execution of defined KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure marketing performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with the broader marketing and organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to refine and enhance the existing strategy and reporting frameworks based on evolving business needs, emerging trends, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deeply understand our business strategy, goals, and critical questions that drive decision-making.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that inform marketing strategies and investment decisions.
  • Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc analyses of customer behavior across touchpoints, turning insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth.
  • Lead initiatives such as marketing attribution modeling, channel performance optimization, segmentation analysis, and cohort studies to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop predictive models and advanced analytics techniques to forecast marketing outcomes and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that provide real-time insights into customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or a related role, with demonstrable experience in speaking with senior leadership teams.
  • 5+ years’ experience collaborating with central data teams to implement scalable data architectures and QA data events.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools and manipulating datasets to report on custom metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining data processes and marketing analytics roadmaps.
  • Operational knowledge of modern tech stacks, including CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with designing and analyzing lifecycle experiments is a plus.
  • Strong executive storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
