Responsibilities

  • We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Director of Admissions and Marketing to join our wonderful family & make a positive impact on the lives of our seniors.
  • Must be able to lead by example as demonstrated by consistently timeliness, task delegation, constant follow-up, offering direction, and always being available to clients and employees alike in a supporting role.
  • Must be able to assess the necessary steps to take to resolve dilemmas that may be outside the scope of regulatory, company, or industry standards.
  • Must be very organized and able to complete standard office tasks with minimal assistance.
  • Must demonstrate sound judgment when making decisions, considering client rights, internal and external politics, and existing hierarchies.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively utilizing oral, written, and technical modes of communication.
  • Must be computer literate and capable of utilizing word processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Must be a professional representative of the organization to the community and any other outside entities.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, clinical services, health service management or other pertinent fields of study is preferred;
  • 2 + years of work experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
