Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle and CRM strategy for a single brand across email and SMS
  • Design and optimize customer journeys, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation flows
  • Partner with relevant brand partners and leadership to align lifecycle programs with brand goals and initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and creative partners to deliver on-brand, high-performing lifecycle content
  • Work with email developers and QA specialists to ensure high-quality, scalable execution
  • Analyze performance and report on key lifecycle metrics, turning insights into action
  • Manage campaign calendars, testing roadmaps, and prioritization for your brand
  • Ensure lifecycle programs adhere to best practices around deliverability, compliance, and data usage
  • Contribute to shared lifecycle standards and playbooks across brands

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing email and SMS programs end to end
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, journey mapping, & performance optimization
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and brand stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-style or multi-brand environment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategic recommendations
  • A proactive, organized leader who can own outcomes and manage complexity
