Job Summary

Own and drive strategic healthcare marketing engagements, serving as the primary advisor for assigned clients, leading growth initiatives, physician engagement, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day contact for assigned healthcare clients.
  • Develop annual marketing strategies, campaign plans, budgets, and growth initiatives aligned with client objectives.
  • Present strategic recommendations, marketing plans, performance reports, and analytics to client leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand agency services and deepen client relationships.
  • Ensure exceptional client service while proactively resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, administrators, referral coordinators, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with physician practices and referral sources on behalf of assigned healthcare clients.
  • Serve as a trusted extension of each client's organization by addressing provider concerns and facilitating communication between practices and client leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen referral relationships and increase physician engagement.
  • Coordinate educational presentations, events, and outreach initiatives for physicians and office staff.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, healthcare account management, physician outreach, healthcare business development, or a related client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, administrators, and practice leaders.
  • Strong strategic marketing, business development, and client management skills.
  • Experience interpreting CRM data, referral analytics, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management platforms, and marketing technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, physician outreach, and industry events.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
