Own lifecycle growth for a fintech marketing function by leading cross-channel campaigns, building an experimentation culture, and translating data into executive-ready decisions.

  • Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the lifecycle marketing roadmap aligning cross-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) with core product initiatives and company growth targets
  • Responsibilities: Team Management & Mentorship: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of growth marketing managers and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Responsibilities: Experimentation Frameworks: Oversee the testing strategy; guide the team in designing sophisticated A/B and multivariate testing frameworks, ensuring rigorous hypothesis development and statistically sound evaluation
  • Responsibilities: Cross-functional Management: Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop customer communications strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns in Braze in order to optimize customer acquisition and engagement
  • Responsibilities: Data Analytics: Use marketing performance and funnel data to define segmentation and targeting strategies, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and iterate on learnings
  • Responsibilities: Data-Driven Decision Making: Translate complex findings into high-level narratives and provide crisp summaries with actionable insights that can influence decision-making and accelerate growth
  • Requirements: Experience: 8+ years professional experience in B2C or B2B2C growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and/or marketing analytics with at least 3 years of experience directly managing a high performing team
  • Requirements: Data Leadership: Exceptional data acumen with a proven track record of using advanced analytics, customer segmentation, A/B testing and funnel analysis to drive business outcomes.
  • Requirements: Strategic Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; a proven ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that influence C-suite decision-making.
  • Requirements: MarTech Expertise: Deep strategic familiarity with enterprise lifecycle marketing platforms (Braze, Iterable, MoEngage) and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Pendo)
  • Requirements: Technical Literacy: Strong foundational knowledge of data infrastructure; experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude) to guide data teams and validate insights
  • Nice-to-have: Industry Background: Marketing leadership experience in high-growth fintech, neobanking, or personal finance industries is highly preferred
  • Nice-to-have: Mindset: A visionary, solution-oriented leader with a “can-do” attitude who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
