Job Summary

Own demand-gen pipeline by building multi-channel outbound and AI-assisted targeting, align with sales on lead qualifications, and constantly test new tactics to lift qualified opportunities.

Channel ownership: outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels with defined handoffs to sales.
Data-driven optimization: CRM hygiene, reporting, and metrics to improve performance and forecastability.
Tech-enabled experimentation: use AI tools and new messaging to increase efficiency and pipeline velocity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies designed to generate qualified pipeline opportunities
Use AI-powered tools and prospecting databases to identify and prioritize target accounts and contacts
Build, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns across multiple channels
Partner closely with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth handoffs
Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, reporting, and workflow processes
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on key metrics and insights
Experiment with new technologies, messaging approaches, and demand generation tactics to drive growth
Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
