Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of global campaign systems across Color WOW's priority pillars — from brief through final asset delivery and market handoff.
  • Build integrated launch plans encompassing hero assets, social content, PDP copy, retailer toolkits, paid media creative, and influencer activations.
  • Partner with the Global Creative Director and agency partners to ensure campaign output is visually distinctive, on-brand, and media-ready across all channels and formats.
  • Develop campaign messaging hierarchies and toolkits that enable regional teams to execute with consistency and local relevance.
  • Establish and manage campaign timelines and production budgets, driving cost efficiency without compromising creative ambition.
  • Lead campaign post-mortems and build a culture of measurement, learning, and iteration.
  • Support the development and ongoing management of Color WOW's global product portfolio across core pillars (styling, treatment, color protection, curl, and beyond).
  • Contribute to portfolio lifecycle management — tracking product performance, identifying gaps, and flagging opportunities for hero amplification or range evolution.
  • Develop pillar-level brand bibles, messaging frameworks, and consumer benefit architectures that give each pillar a clear and differentiated identity.
  • Partner with regional and commercial teams to support portfolio localization — ensuring the right products are prioritized in the right markets with the right stories.
  • Partner with the AVP, Global Marketing and R&D to support the commercialization of new product innovations — from concept brief through global launch.
  • Lead the development of innovation positioning, consumer narratives, and launch toolkits for new product introductions.
  • Coordinate with packaging, creative, and claims teams to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery across all launch assets.
  • Ensure launch plans are globally coherent while building in flexibility for meaningful local market adaptation.
  • Monitor competitive activity, consumer trends, and category shifts across key markets — synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations for the brand team and senior leadership.
  • Partner with consumer research teams and regional contacts to build a strong understanding of the Color WOW consumer across geographies, usage occasions, and purchase behaviors.
  • Translate intelligence into strategic inputs that strengthen campaign briefs, portfolio decisions, and innovation priorities.
  • Serve as a connector across the Global Brand Team — working in close partnership with the AVP Global Marketing, AVP Media & Digital Commerce, Global Creative Director, and Commercial leads.
  • Manage and align cross-functional workstreams across creative, digital, retail, and regional marketing teams to ensure integrated, on-time execution.
  • Prepare and present clear, high-quality materials for internal brand reviews and senior leadership meetings consistently across zones and markets to ensure global consistency of brand programs and launch execution.
