Job Summary

Own field marketing execution and team leadership for a high-velocity canvassing program, focusing on training, recruiting liaison, data tracking, and territory expansion.

Lead and train field marketers while shaping marketing strategy and recruiting collaboration with Home Genius Exteriors.
Own daily to monthly performance data, lead goals, and conversion outcomes to steer territory coverage and team coaching.
Manage on-the-ground execution, travel as needed, and weekly trainings to accelerate product knowledge and sales techniques.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategize to develop and implement new marketing strategies
Train new field marketers and conduct new hire training 2x per month
Home Genius takes care of all recruiting efforts to fill training classes
Manage scripts and process flows while being able to make on the fly changes to both
Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness
Track internal data within the department such as appointments, demos, and sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Travel to different territories within the department on an as needed basis
Obtain goals set forth by the Vice President of the division
Establish a healthy and competitive work environment for your team of marketing representatives
Lead weekly team meetings and trainings to teach the latest in product development and sales techniques
