Job Summary
Own statewide field marketing programs and operate as the main client liaison, steering strategy, staffing, budgets and post-program optimization to drive measurable growth.
- Workforce & program delivery: Own statewide field marketing programs from concept to completion, including staffing, training, and on-site execution.
- Strategy, budget, and measurement: Lead budgets, KPI tracking, post-program analysis, and ROI insights to drive future improvements.
- Client and cross-team leadership: Manage client communications, cross-functional collaboration, and mentor internal teams to high performance.
Job Description
- Serve as the primary agency lead and senior point of contact for client partners, building trusted relationships
- Lead strategy, development, planning and execution of and on-and off-premise sampling activations
- Hire, train and staff promotional staff across the state of Florida
- Provide proactive, insight-driven recommendations that support client business objectives and identify opportunities for growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports from market managers and staffing coordinators while fostering professional growth and high performance
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members while promoting collaboration and accountability across agency teams
- Develop key program materials, including decks, playbooks, training manuals, presentations and operational guides
- Works alongside POPLIFE National Producer to oversee asset inventory and storage
- Lead, grow, manage and staff statewide event programs (specifically SFL)
- Identify, recruit, onboard and manage external resource and vendors to execute programs successfully
