Job Summary

Own the full-funnel digital marketing engine and lead the expansion into new channels while sharpening existing ones to drive revenue, with tight budget control and executive-level reporting.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Lead measurement and optimize the digital marketing mix to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Build and guide the Digital Marketing team, establishing structure, processes, and standards with Site, Creative, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance.
  • Governance & Partnerships: Manage agency/vendor relationships and deliver board-ready insights to inform strategy and investment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-funnel marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and revenue growth through expansion into new marketing channels and improvement of existing marketing efforts.
  • Own the digital media budget and be responsible for all digital marketing KPIs. Lead measurement strategy to guide marketing investment.
  • Lead and grow the digital marketing teams, and provide structure, process, and standards for these teams to ensure success.
  • Own all agency and vendor relationships related to Digital Marketing.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Site, Creative, Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop reporting and insights to be shared at the Board and Executive team level.
  • Own headcount planning for the Digital Marketing team and identify any gaps and opportunities to fill them.
  • Coordinate with key internal stakeholders including global headquarters and local brand/product/retail marketing teams, merchandising team, store operation teams to get program buy in and align on key acquisition & revenue goals.
  • Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor
  • Frequent in person collaboration

Requirements

  • 8-12 years digital marketing experience in the retail industry, with demonstrated success delivering multi-channel campaigns. Expertise leading in-house performance marketing, with a focus on both profitability and growth.
  • Proven track record of owning large marketing budgets with experience optimizing the marketing mix for efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. consumer’s media behavior, industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Experience building both scalable acquisition strategies and retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence executive management and partners, inclusive of Google, Meta, Tiktok and agency partners.
  • An effective communicator, collaborator, and problem solver.
