Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of the U.S. demand generation function, implementing best practices, new technologies, and data-driven processes
  • Manage and mentor a high caliber team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver qualified US pipeline and follow-on revenue growth
  • Define annual and quarterly demand generation strategies aligned with corporate objectives and regional goals, ensuring proper execution and measurement
  • Partner with the broader Marketing organization, Sales, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence/Business Systems and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment
  • Leverage analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize ROI, and report on KPIs to senior leadership
  • Test new channels for growth and optimize based on analysis
  • Ensure U.S. events are a both focused on brand growth/awareness as well as consistent pipeline drivers working together with Sales on follow up
  • Lead organizational and process changes to enhance efficiency and scalability within the demand generation function

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field
  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with 5+ years in demand generation leadership
  • Hands-on experience with owning overall campaign execution and pipeline acceleration leading to marketing-sourced revenue for a specific segment
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ownership of translating data into actionable changes that improve results
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize team’s time and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • Extraordinary ability to project manage teams’ workloads and priorities while being held accountable to a global team’s processes and workflows
  • Ability to see, manage to and create programs that accelerate the big picture view of our marketing strategy, and translate those for your team
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and report on KPIs
