Job Summary

Own a multi-channel demand gen engine for B2B energy tech, owning pipeline outcomes and the end-to-end campaign motion across content, events, and RevOps feedback.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Design and run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid digital, and content aligned to ICPs
  • Content & Enablement: Build the content calendar and sales enablement assets plus post-event follow ups
  • Revenue & Measurement: Track pipeline influence, MQL to SQL, ROI, and CPL against targets while aligning with RevOps

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid digital, content) aligned to each sales segment’s ICP
  • Build and manage the content calendar — thought leadership, sales enablement collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and email sequences
  • Own conference and event strategy — pre-event outreach, booth/collateral, and post-event follow-up campaigns
  • Partner with AEs to develop channel-specific positioning and messaging; translate sales feedback into campaign adjustments
  • Track and report on pipeline influence, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and campaign ROI; manage to a CPL target
  • Manage a small freelancer/agency network for design and production support; evaluate and manage MarTech stack

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B demand generation, with at least 2 years in a role where you operated with significant autonomy
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and sourcing revenue, not just generating leads — you understand the difference
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot (or equivalent CRM/MAP), and email automation tools
  • Strong writer who can produce crisp, buyer-centric copy across formats — you don’t outsource your voice
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution; this is a player-coach role, not a manager role
  • AI-native operator: You treat AI tools as your team. You actively use AI to research, draft, iterate, and scale output — and you’re always looking for the next way to do more with less through intelligent tooling. This isn’t optional; it’s how we expect this role to operate.
  • RevOps fluency: You’ll work closely with our RevOps team to ensure every campaign is grounded in sales intelligence and that KPIs flow cleanly between marketing activity and sales outcomes. You understand CRM data, can read a pipeline report, and build campaigns that respond to what the data is actually saying — not what you assume.
  • Experience with multi-segment GTM motions (ideally both SMB/commercial and partnership/channel) is a plus
  • Energy, utilities, multifamily, or marketplace/comparison marketing experience is a plus, not a requirement
