Job Summary

Own data quality governance and taxonomy for cross-team reporting with a focus on scalable automation and dashboard delivery.

  • Taxonomy strategy ownership across stakeholders to improve media reporting and data quality.
  • Automation adoption and project management to keep dashboards and reports on schedule.
  • Subject-matter expert on data quality, standards, and self-serve tools for ad tech and analytics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead taxonomy strategy conversations across key stakeholders for break out of media reporting
  • Drive adoption of reporting automation across teams
  • Act as the subject matter expert for projects and processes relating to data quality
  • Gather reporting requirements for internal/external dashboard & reports
  • Facilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions
  • Proactively elevate and resolve project roadblocks and issues
  • Manage project plans for internal/external reporting across internal teams
  • Assure timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
  • Provide ongoing technical support for data ops processes and taxonomy recommendations
  • Ensure compliance of data quality standards

Requirements

  • Data Collection and Processing: Experienced in building data visualization solutions (Tableau, Datorama, etc.) as well as automation solutions (Alteryx, Datorama, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the function and formation of standardized taxonomy practices for more accurate and efficient data collection & automation
  • Expert in QA resolution
  • Experienced with planning, optimization and analysis tools (Planit, Prisma, DDS)
  • Expert familiarity with self-serve tools within Search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, SA360), Programmatic DSPs (DV360, Yahoo, etc.), Ad Servers (CM360, Innovid, etc.), Social Platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) and Google Suite (Marketing Platform, Tag Manager, Analytics, MerchantCenter)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A university degree in a related field, and 7-10 years of experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting
  • Knowledge of agency-side execution processes
