Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients shape unclear ideas into actionable content strategies and deliverables
  • Support sales conversations, proposals, account growth, and ongoing client partnership
  • Scope, manage, and deliver multiple content and marketing projects from kickoff through completion
  • Write and edit marketing copy, presentations, customer stories, executive communications, thought leadership, campaign assets, and web content
  • Translate complex Microsoft, Azure, cloud, AI, and enterprise technology concepts into compelling customer-facing messaging
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including writers, designers, strategists, developers, and production partners
  • Hire and manage specialized freelance writers or contributors as needed
  • Manage timelines, budgets, invoicing, project tracking, and delivery expectations
  • Partner with leadership on SOWs, project scoping, and client billing workflows

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in content marketing, account management, consulting, agency environments, or project leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Azure, cloud platforms, AI, security, or enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Exceptional writing, messaging, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience managing enterprise client relationships and complex project delivery
  • Ability to balance strategy, client management, sales support, and execution
  • Comfortable working in environments with incomplete or changing requirements
  • Strong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting large enterprise technology brands or B2B marketing organizations
  • Experience developing customer stories, GTM content, executive presentations, and technical storytelling
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows, budgeting, and client billing processes
