Responsibilities

• The Director of Content Development is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and shaping content strategies across multiple platforms.
• The role includes managing content creation, optimizing existing content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand messaging and growth.
• Daily tasks include leading a team of writers, ensuring brand voice consistency, analyzing content performance, and aligning content initiatives with broader marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Content Development, Content Strategy, and Writing
• Experience in Marketing, including digital marketing techniques and audience engagement
• Proven ability to manage Publications, including scheduling, distribution, and performance tracking
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong analytical skills to measure content effectiveness and develop data-driven strategies
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing sectors like SEO, SEM, and social media is highly beneficial
