Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and define the highest impact near term acquisition and long-term growth opportunities for Consumer Wireless by leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and performance trends.
  • Translate enterprise and Consumer business objectives into integrated priorities, strategies and marketing programs accelerate acquisition, revenue growth, and customer value.
  • Serve as the accountable marketing leader for developing end-to-end marketing plans, briefs, and go-to-market programs that align stakeholders around a common growth objective and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in bringing growth strategies to life, ensuring alignment and execution from planning and development through launch, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Partner across the Marketing & Growth Organization and key business partners - including Product, National Revenue Operations, Brand, Media, Creative, Analytics, Digital, and Channel teams - to design and deliver compelling customer experiences that drive results.
  • Build alignment across a highly matrixed organization, influencing decisions, navigating complexity, and connecting diverse stakeholders around a shared vision for growth.
  • Own marketing's contribution to Wireless Gross Adds, Revenue, and Attach Rate performance, maintaining a relentless focus on outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities and risks, and lead optimization efforts that improve customer experience and business results.
  • Translate performance insights, customer feedback, and business learnings into stronger strategies, smarter investment decisions, and future growth opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of marketers, fostering a culture rooted in customer obsession, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion Blueprint: the AT&T way of Marketing by strengthening marketing capabilities, talent, and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Deliver meaningful improvements in wireless acquisition, revenue growth, and attach performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into action.
  • Influence strategic direction and investment decisions through a deep understanding of customers, the marketplace, and business performance.
  • Align stakeholders around a shared vision and create momentum behind the initiatives that matter most.
  • Lead complex, high-visibility programs with confidence, agility, and accountability.
  • Build and develop exceptional teams while elevating marketing capability across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
