- Own cross-functional social, content, and brand communications across teams.
- Demonstrate leadership in coordinating influencer partnerships and campaign reviews.
- Executive-level communications strategy with broad cross-functional alignment.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the Social Media, Moderation, Creativity, and Marketing teams
- Develop executive-level communications strategy and cross-functional alignment
- Oversee content planning, scheduling, and brand alignment
- Guide campaign development and performance review sessions
- Coordinate influencer marketing and partnership opportunities
- Mentor and provide feedback to team participants
- Collaborate with Academy leadership on high-visibility initiatives
- Develop and execute Academy-wide communications strategies
Preferred
- Experience or passion for social media, marketing, content creation, or branding
- Strong strategic thinking and creative vision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and social platforms
- Ability to lead and mentor participants in a collaborative environment
- Attention to detail, brand consistency, and analytics-driven decision making
