Job Summary

Own and drive the operational cadence and governance for the Agentforce program, partnering with Cloud COO leadership.

  • Define PMO framework and go-to-market governance
  • Orchestrate executive-ready reporting and RoB cadences

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • COO Business Partnering & Operational Stewardship: Act as the operational right-hand to the Cloud COO leadership team. Help shape leadership agendas, capture action items across complex stakeholder groups, and drive follow-through to ensure corporate alignment.
  • PMO & Governance: Establish, scale, and lead a rigorous PMO governance framework for the Agentforce global GTM rollout. Define program workstreams, map multi-stakeholder dependencies, track milestones, and aggressively mitigate timeline risks.
  • Rhythm of the Business (RoB): Own the end-to-end orchestration of the operational cadence for Agentforce, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), leadership staff meetings, and state-of-the-readiness syncs.
  • Cross-Functional Accountability: Act as the primary connective tissue between Product Management and field execution teams. Hold regional sales theaters, product ops, and enablement teams accountable to launch timelines and G4G (Go for Growth) framework deliverables.
  • Executive Communications & Reporting: Synthesize program status, operational blockers, and performance metrics into crisp, highly visual status dashboards, executive briefs, and presentations tailored directly for C-suite and executive review.
  • Operational Readiness Tracking: Oversee the operationalization of Agentforce, tracking that field teams are properly enabled, incentivized, and aligned to support the new product hierarchy structures.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Program Management, PMO Leadership, Business Operations, or an operational business partner role within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Project Management Mastery: Proven track record of managing massive, multi-faceted, matrixed corporate programs from initiation through global launch. Expert-level capability in establishing governance, defining KPIs, and using tracking methodologies to deliver programs on time.
  • Executive Presence: Outstanding leadership presence with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, challenge leadership assumptions constructively, and corral cross-functional teams toward shared operational goals without direct authority.
  • Operational Execution: A pragmatic focus on execution mechanics—knowing how to break down complex goals into workstreams, assign clear ownership, and build repeatable, structured processes.
  • Communication Artistry: Exceptional verbal and written storytelling skills, with a native ability to turn messy status updates into clear, concise, and structured executive dashboards and presentations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Formal certifications in project management or change management frameworks (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, Prosci).
  • Prior experience directly supporting a business unit COO, General Manager, or C-suite executive in an operational management or chief-of-staff-style capacity.
  • Strong familiarity with the Salesforce platform ecosystem (Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and a functional understanding of how Agentforce integrates across the platform.
