Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution and optimization for assigned marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing goals
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of campaign managers and specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, problem-solving, innovation, and speed-to-market
  • Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, merchandising, digital, creative, media, CRM, analytics, and executive leadership. Ensure campaigns are fully integrated, well-resourced, and on-track
  • Establish and run program cadences including briefings, reviews and executive check-ins while maintaining dashboards and program summaries to communicate progress and escalate risks. Ensure consistency with PMO standards
  • Own the campaign calendar and intake process. Identify bottlenecks and friction points. Use scalable processes and tools to manage hundreds of concurrent campaign components across multiple channels and teams
  • Present campaign strategies, milestones, and results to senior leadership. Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing medium to large teams (10+), ideally in matrixed organizations
  • Proficient with marketing technology and campaign management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, or equivalent platforms)
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
