Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a strategic business development plan to build the brand recognition, to drive sales by attracting new clients and developing client relationships Develop sales team, maintain and build clientele lists and database, plan special events, create partnerships with companies and non-profits. Develop marketing, social media and advertising plans.
  • Lead DTC online sales and marketing
  • Hire, lead, and develop the sales and operations of the store to consistently meet and/or exceed sales plans.
  • Act as the brand ambassador in the community by building relationships with business organizations, clubs and non profits for client development and special events.
  • Execute superior customer service and clienteling on a consistent basis to increase and retain customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • College Degree required.
  • Sales management or business development experience, event planning experience with non-profit and charities a plus.
  • Ability to Budget, manage achievement of sales results and profitability targets.
  • Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
