Job Summary

Own and lead enterprise omnichannel marketing strategies for high-profile client portfolios, aligning cross-disciplinary teams, budgets, and vendor partners to drive brand impact and growth while maintaining strong client relationships and P&L ownership.

  • Ownership: Lead multi-channel campaigns and calendars with tight timeline and budget discipline.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Present strategy and results to sales, leadership, and executive clients, translating goals into differentiated brand plans.
  • Team and partner management: Guide a small team and external vendors to deliver integrated content and campaigns across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Works with the sales team, Account Managers, Directors and Vice President of Client Success to research and lead omnichannel marketing strategies and implementation plans for multiple client campaigns and maps out tasks needed to implement those strategies.
  • Leads accounts that are considered enterprise accounts for 1D and works directly with counterparts in the Moore organization.
  • Has P&L responsibility for managed accounts.
  • May have 1-3 team members as direct reports with roll up responsibility for their client projects.
  • Ensures clients and management are satisfied with proposed marketing campaigns and results.
  • Coordinates client meetings and collaborates with copywriters, graphic designers, digital vendors, and others to create integrated marketing content.
  • Conceptualizes, creates, and manages campaign implementation calendars and scheduling deadlines ensuring projects stay on time and on track.
  • Contributes to the creation of marketing campaign budgets and ensures that all staff adhere to them.
  • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, vendors, and client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Communicates effectively with excellent writing skills across multiple writing styles, including emails, proposals, statements of work, document editing, PowerPoint decks and briefs.
Requirements
  • 10 or more years of brand strategy and management experience.
  • Previous agency or consultancy experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading omnichannel marketing or communications campaigns.
  • Experience presenting to and advising executive-level stakeholders required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, including positioning, messaging frameworks, audience segmentation, and brand architecture.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience aligning multidisciplinary teams around a unified strategic direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile client relationships in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect brand strategy to organizational growth and performance outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex client goals into clear, differentiated brand strategies that inform integrated marketing execution.
