Job Summary

Own cross-brand omnichannel marketing for multiple restaurant concepts with CRM and experiential levers built to drive reservations, foot traffic, and loyalty across geographies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, omnichannel marketing strategies that elevate our individual restaurant concepts while tying back to the overarching MMH vision.
  • Multi-Brand Management: Simultaneously manage and differentiate marketing efforts for multiple unique restaurant concepts across various geographic markets.
  • Digital & Content Strategy: Oversee digital marketing efforts, shaping the narrative, aesthetic, and content strategy across social media, web, and digital touchpoints.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Lifecycle Marketing: Own the end-to-end CRM strategy specifically tailored to the restaurant industry. Build, segment, and deploy data-driven email marketing and loyalty campaigns.
  • Growth Marketing: Maintain a strong working familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising to optimize digital discovery and reservations.
  • Experiential Marketing: Create memorable, immersive guest experiences and activations that drive foot traffic, local buzz, and brand loyalty.
  • E-commerce: Oversee and optimize our e-commerce channels to drive ancillary revenue.

Requirements

  • The Right Fit: You are a self starter who doesn't wait for instruction. You see a gap, and you fill it. You balance high level creative thinking with a gritty, figure-it-out mindset.
  • Proven Track Record: 3 to 7 years of experience in progressive growth, brand management, or similar high impact marketing roles.
  • Hospitality Veteran: Proven experience managing marketing for multiple brands simultaneously within food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
  • Omnichannel Expert: Deep experience blending digital marketing, e-commerce, and traditional experiential marketing.
  • CRM Savvy: Hands-on experience with restaurant CRM systems and email service providers (specifically Loyalist or similar enterprise platforms).
  • Digital Literacy: Strong familiarity with the mechanics of SEO, PPC advertising, and data analytics.
  • Adaptable & Flexible: A flexible schedule that aligns with the dynamic nature of hospitality (events, restaurant openings, and travel as we expand).
  • Scrappy Leader: You have a portfolio of work that proves you can build incredible things from scratch, pivot quickly, and do a lot with a little.
