Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop insights-driven marketing briefs that translate brand and business objectives into clear strategies for campaign development and channel activation
  • Build integrated campaigns in close partnership with the growth team, aligning on channel mix, audience targeting, timing and investment to ensure brand and performance efforts work together
  • Bring a content-forward sensibility to campaign development, with a strong instinct for what resonates culturally and how to show up authentically across formats and platforms
  • Identify and activate on real-time cultural moments, trends and conversations that create opportunities for the brand to show up in relevant, unexpected ways
  • Partner with the social team to surface audience insights, test messaging and creative hypotheses, and ensure social is integrated into broader campaign planning
  • Support the retail marketing strategy for key partners including Amazon, Babylist and Target, translating brand messaging into programs that drive sell-in, sell-through and a consistent brand presence
  • Identify and evaluate brand partnership opportunities that extend Nanit's reach and cultural relevance, and manage those relationships from concept through execution
  • Maintain a strong pulse on competitive and cultural trends to inform campaign development and brand storytelling

Requirements

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in a highly integrated marketing or brand strategy role, experience at a fast-paced growth stage company is preferred
  • Keen awareness of cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging platforms, with the ability to identify opportunities for brand relevance and impact.
  • A track record of building campaigns that overdeliver relative to budget or resources
  • Experience activating on real-time opportunities quickly and confidently
  • Strong channel fluency, especially in paid social and digital, with the ability to partner with growth on channel planning
  • Fluency in production and experience working with internal and external teams to get content made
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where not everything is defined upfront
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, growth, and external agency and brand partners
  • Experienced people manager with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
