Job Summary

Own cross‑platform audience growth and programming, turning viewer data into scalable subscriber growth across YouTube, FAST, AVOD, and social.

  • Audience Growth & Programming: Own cross‑platform growth strategy, scheduling, calendars, and channel launches to drive subscribers and engagement.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Build dashboards, analyze performance, and tests to inform content strategy and monetization.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team and partner with SVP Global Strategy and cross‑functional teams to align content, marketing, and growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute audience growth strategies across digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and other social channels.
  • Oversee programming decisions, channel curation, and library optimization to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Analyze platform performance, viewer behavior, and subscriber trends to inform programming and content strategy.
  • Collaborate with SVP, Global Strategy, Emerging Platforms, and cross-functional teams to align content, marketing, and growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track audience growth, engagement, and monetization metrics.
  • Identify and test new content strategies, formats, and distribution tactics to drive subscriber growth.
  • Manage content scheduling, programming calendars, and channel launches to ensure consistency and performance.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team focused on audience growth, analytics, and programming execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital content programming, audience growth, or platform strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital platform ecosystems, content performance analytics, and growth strategies.
  • Proven experience driving subscriber growth and engagement across YouTube, FAST, AVOD, or social platforms.
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Five (5) days per week in office.

Preferred

  • Experience with digital-first content programming and library management.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, algorithmic content recommendations, and SEO/social optimization.
  • Experience managing content schedules and multi-platform channel launches.
  • Familiarity with YouTube monetization models and ad-supported content.
  • Background in testing and optimizing content strategies using performance analytics.
  • Exposure to international digital platforms and cross-market growth strategies.
